A/C
Please close all windows and doors while operating the air conditioner. The humidity will cause the a/c to work harder to reduce the temperature and can freeze up the unit. Please turn unit off prior to departure.
Refrigerator
Please throw away all guest supplied perishables and make sure all containers are washed.
Keys
If you are locked out, call 504-975-3088 or 504-866-5250. However, we are not available after hours for lockouts. You will have to call Lockmobile at 934-1634 and pay for the charge.
Linens
There will be a charge for lost linen.
Trash
Place trash bags in the dumpsters on either side of the complex. Please do not leave trash bags under the unit or outside on the decks.
