Reservation Information
Season: May 1 thru Labor Day.
Off Season: Labor Day thru April 30, 3-7 night minimum).
Off season Holidays have a 4 night minimum.

There will be no refund for early check outs.
A deposit of half of the total plus a security/damage deposit of $500 is required within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We accept check, cash or money order.
Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. The renter must physically occupy the unit for the full term of the reservation. No students groups or children under the age of 16 allowed. Any reservations made under false pretense will result in forfeiture of the security/damage deposit and eviction.
No pets are allowed in the unit or on the grounds. The discovery of unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of deposit.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the unit or on the deck of the unit.
Cancellation
30 days or more notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled check in you will receive a full refund minus a $50 reservation fee. 16-29 days notice of cancellation prior to scheduled check-in will result in 50% refund. Cancellation 15 days or less prior to scheduled check-in no refund will be given. Travel insurance is recommended if you think your plans may change.
Deposit
We will refund your $500 security/damage deposit by check within 30 days after your departure date as long as there has been no damage to the unit or its contents, all linens and towels are accounted for, all furniture is back in its original location, all keys have been returned, and all garbage is removed from the unit and placed in the dumpsters.
Check in
Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.
Rates
Event weeks (Blue Angels, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day) $1,600/weekly, $270/day
Season $1,550/weekly, $265/day
Off season $1,100/weekly, $190/day
Sales tax of 11.5% will be added to the above rates.
Extra days are available if the following week is not booked 2 weeks before arrival. We will, on occasion, rent for less than a week if the days are available a week before arrival.
